Here are some additional important details for vendors who are exhibiting at the West Kentucky Boat & Outdoor Show.
Move-In & Setup
Exhibitors will be able to begin moving in and setting up on Thursday, January 14th. Times for Lower Level exhibitors will be determined on where your booth is located. This information will be available the week prior to the show. Upper Level exhibitors will be able to begin setting up at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. The facility will close to vendors at 9:00 p.m. on Thursday and re-open at 7:00 a.m. on Friday.
For information about door clearances, electrical, phone or internet access, please visit the Technical Specs section
Lower Level exhibitors have the ability to drive into the facility to off-load their merchandise and/or boats, etc. However, please drive slowly and do not squeal your tires, as this marks the floor.
Limited drive-in accessibility on the Upper Level.
The show ends at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. You may not begin moving out until 4:00 p.m. You must have everything out of the CFSB Center on Sunday night unless other arrangements have been made.
All boats must be plugged prior to entering the facility and must remain plugged throughout the event.
There are several handcarts available for you to use to move things in and out. Please try to use these as quick as possible so they will be available for the other exhibitors to use.
Tables & Chairs
All upper level exhibitors will have one table and two chairs already set up in their booth. Additional tables (not already requested) will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. For lower level exhibitors, tables and chairs will be located in the loading dock area. You may help yourself.
Protecting The Floor
The CFSB Center prohibits the use of all types of SPRAY cleaning products inside the CFSB Center, with the exception of water. These types of products damage the floor. It also makes the floor slick and dangerous and can be difficult or impossible to clean. Cleaning wipes may be used, however please make sure they do not touch the floor. The following cleaning wipes may be used:

Additionally if you have heavy items or something in your booth that may damage the floor, the CFSB Center has plywood available for your use.
The CFSB Center prohibits the use helium filled balloons anywhere in the facility, either to decorate or to give away.
Gaining Entrance Before Show Hours
On Saturday and Sunday, exhibitors will be able to get into the facility one hour prior to the doors opening. The door at the loading dock and the left door at the VIP Lobby entrance will be the only ones unlocked prior to the show opening.
Temporary Vendor Sales Tax Permit
If your business is located outside the state of Kentucky and you will be selling merchandise at the event, you must obtain a Temporary Vendor Sales Tax Permit. These forms will be available during Check-In.

If you already have a sales tax number, the state of Kentucky requires that you fill out a form indicating your tax number and returning it to their office in Paducah. The form will be included with your check-in documents.
